Planning your elopement
- Be your adventure guide: I’ll help you navigate your elopement, from taking you to the perfect spots to offering support during your experience—making sure it’s everything you dreamed of.
- A quiet observer: I’ll document your day naturally, capturing moments as they unfold, without interfering or directing during those quiet emotional moments, and giving you guidance when needed.
- Officiating: If it's just the two of you and you don't want to hire an additional person to officiate your ceremony, I'll sign the paperwork for you.
- Instax photo album: Before I say goodbye, I'll give you a mini album of instax photos I've taken throughout your day.
Your elopement day
- Sneak peek within 24 hours: You'll receive a mini gallery of your images within 24 hours of the end of your elopement coverage. There will be a minimum of 25 images and will contain a few photos from each part of your day.
- Full gallery delivery: Your photos will be delivered in a secure online gallery where you can download, share with family and friends, and order prints and albums.
- Photo box keepsake in the mail: I want you to print your photos, not just let them sit on a computer. That's why I already include a keepsake box containing some prints from your day!

FINAL DELIVERY
Expect to get your completed gallery within ten weeks of your day! You will be able to download from the online gallery, order prints, and share with friends and family!
THE BIG DAY
I’ll show up on your elopement day excited and ready to photograph the beauty as it happens! I’ll be a calm and unobtrusive presence during the quiet times, and give guidance when needed.
SNEAK PEEKS
I don’t believe in making you wait to see your photos! I’ll send you a gallery of at least 25 photos within 24 hours of your elopement. There’s nothing like reliving your day through the photos.
PLANNING
After we make things official, I’ll start planning! I’ll be researching locations, coming up with activity ideas, getting permits, and putting together the details to create your dream one of a kind day.

How much of the planning will you do?
Absolutely! I recommend keeping it under 10-15 people. Once you start inviting more people, it will not have as much of an intimate feel, and logistics will be more difficult to navigate with parking, your ceremony location, etc...
My clients typically book 8 hours to capture their full day of adventure, 12+ to capture their multi day experience. I offer packages starting at 4 hours, but I recommend at least 8 hours to have a full elopement experience.
Yes I do! $1,500 is your retainer payment to book with me. The remainder of your package can be split into 3 or 4 payments, with the final payment due 30 days before your elopement date.
So long as the weather isn't dangerous, I encourage you to embrace your day as it is. Rainy elopement days are such a vibe, just go with it! If we absolutely need to reschedule your day due to dangerous weather, we can. There will be no fee for rescheduling due to weather.
With my expertise in Big Sur's most beautiful locations, I'll help you find the perfect spot. You don't need to have a location picked out to book with me! I recommend looking at locations that have meaning to your relationship, or a bucket list place you've always wanted to explore.
I help with finding locations, getting permits, making the timeline, offer suggestions for activities, vendor recommendations, and logistical details. So quite a bit! I'm here to make your elopement planning as easy breezy as possible.
