I take only 15–20 elopements a year to ensure plenty of space between dates, giving us the flexibility to easily reschedule if crazy weather rolls in.

I follow Leave No Trace (LNT) principles with every couple to keep wild landscapes protected for generations, even if that means passing on some spots so you can elope with peace of mind and integrity.

Introvert-friendly posing and directing: As an introverted, camera shy person myself, I understand how vulnerable it feels to be in front of the camera. I'll guide you through poses in a way that doesn't feel awkward but is actually fun and easy!
Officiating: If it's just the two of you and you don't want to hire an additional person to officiate your ceremony, I'll sign and file the paperwork for you.
Instax photo album: Before I say goodbye, I'll give you a mini album of instax photos I've taken throughout your day.
Full gallery delivered within 8 weeks: Your photos will be delivered in a secure online gallery where you can download, share with family and friends, and order prints and albums. You'll have a beautiful and convenient platform to view and share your images.
Complimentary album design service: I will help you design a beautiful heirloom album so your memories are preserved for years to come. This is something your children and grandchildren will be able to physically hold and flip through. We'll work together to design an album telling the story of your day.

THE BIG DAY
I’ll show up on your elopement day excited and ready to photograph the beauty as it happens! I’ll be a calm and unobtrusive presence during the quiet times, and give guidance when needed.
SNEAK PEEKS
I don’t believe in making you wait to see your photos! I’ll send you a gallery of at least 25 photos the day after your elopement. There’s nothing like reliving your day through the photos.
PLANNING
After we make things official, I’ll start planning! I’ll be researching locations, coming up with activity ideas, getting permits, and putting together the details to create your dream one of a kind day.

How much of the planning will you do?
Absolutely! I recommend keeping it under 10-15 people. Once you start inviting more people, it will not have as much of an intimate feel, and logistics will be more difficult to navigate with parking, your ceremony location, etc...
My clients typically book 8 hours to capture their full day of adventure, 12+ to capture their multi day experience. I offer packages starting at 4 hours, but I recommend at least 8 hours to have a full elopement experience.
Yes I do! $1,500 is your retainer payment to book with me. The remainder of your package can be split into 3 or 4 payments, with the final payment due 30 days before your elopement date.
So long as the weather isn't dangerous, I encourage you to embrace your day as it is. Rainy elopement days are such a vibe, just go with it! If we absolutely need to reschedule your day due to dangerous weather, we can. I always keep the days around your elopement open just in case.
With my expertise in Wisconsin's most beautiful locations, I'll help you find the perfect spot. You don't need to have a location picked out to book with me! I recommend looking at locations that have meaning to your relationship, or a bucket list place you've always wanted to explore.

Do we need permits to elope in wi State Parks?
How do we get a marriage license in WI?
Yes you do need a permit to elope in Wisconsin State Parks. I handle the permit process so you don't even need to stress!
You can apply for your marriage license at any Wisconsin county clerks office. There's a 3-day waiting period, but you can get that waived for a small fee. The license is good for 60 days once issued.
